Technology Education with Mr. Seelig

What are little free libraries?  Great question!  They are little boxes that get posted all over the world where people can take and leave books.  This is a great way to promote community, imagination and literacy!  Some communities even do this as a way to share seeds, poetry, tools and food.

 

These are some that are posted in our district.  Each building has their own LFL.  Three of these were created via our hands on Summer Learning Academy, one I made just to see how it was and the big blue one was made using the middle school's tech club- you actually stand up inside it and the books surround your head!
